150t Tubular Roof Structure

This freestanding roof structure consists of complex ovoid geometry and resulted in uniquely rolled hollow sections. The design required innovative detailing and specific connections to achieve the unique shape of the atrium. It also required supporting structures of crucifix tee shaped columns and varying tubular truss radii. This created the ovoid shape of the roof.
