Total of 80 000m² of covered warehouse space (180m wide and 440m long) & approximately 17.35m clear height to underside of eaves.

The use of well designed uniformed trusses and girders ensured faster detailing and shop drawing. This facilitates a fast turnaround time for the size of the warehouse and scale of the project. Phasing and lotting steelwork facilitated the issuing process to various fabricators involved in the joint venture.
