The DMS structures required detailing to suit modular assembly and lifting on site. In addition, all steelwork sizes need to fit containers shipped from Johannesburg to Australia. The design approach included detailing form 3D DWG reference models to produce shop drawings and BIM and IFC models for clash detection in overall project scope.
